Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled prior to shipment.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
- Once packaging and shipment have commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- If the product fails to arrive within the guaranteed timeframe or is incorrect or damaged.
- You must provide relevant details, including unpacking media, order number, and your name.
- No shipping fees will be charged for exchanges due to damage.
- Returns are accepted for products returned due to buyer’s remorse.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Requirements:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original components and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and handling costs.
Exceptions to Refunds/Returns:
- No refunds or reshipments will be issued for orders delayed due to factors within the customer’s control.
- Exceptions may apply in the case of issues such as customs clearance delays or natural disasters.
- The company is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.
Return Policy:
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email.
- Returned items must be unused and in new condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Exchange Policy:
- Replacement orders will be issued at no additional charge if the item was undelivered due to a shipping carrier error.
- For orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, the customer will bear the cost of the replacement item.
Refusal of Refunds/Returns:
Refunds or returns may be refused under the following circumstances:
- Pre-order and custom-made items are final sale unless defective.
- Orders in transit cannot be canceled.
- Incorrect customer information that results in delivery failure.
- Items detained by customs or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Returns made without prior authorization.
Order Delivery Failure:
- If delivery fails, customers will be contacted once a delivery failure notification is received.
- If there is no response due to incorrect email information, the package may be destroyed, and the company will not be held responsible for the loss.
International Shipping:
- International orders may incur customs fees and can be expensive.
- Customers are advised to review their cart and shipping information carefully to avoid issues with cancellations and returns.
